Former Bachelorette contestant Arie Luyendyk Jr. was but is no longer dating this season’s former Bachelor hopeful, Selma Alameri, he tells Us Weekly.

The Arizona race car driver told Us Weekly that he and Selma Almeri, the 29 yr old San Diego real estate developer had initial sparks that led to a short-lived relationship, but the pair realized quickly that they weren’t a good fit after all.

“Obviously we shared a common interest, when two people go through this [the show], it’s easy to relate to them,” he told Us at a Bachelor finale viewing party in Chicago on Monday, March 11.

Arie Luyendyk previously dated Courtney Robertson, bachelor Ben Flajnik‘s former fiance, in the wake of her split with Flanjik in Oct. 2012; Luyendyk and Robertson went their separate ways in January 2012.

The Bachelor romances have been heating up lately!  The former Bachelor contestant Courtney Robertson couldn’t resist falling for now ex-fiance Ben Flajnik on the 2011 season of The Bachelor.  Well Courtney has moved on to a new Bachelor, Arie Luyendyk Jr. the race car driver from Emily Maynard‘s season!

After The Bachelor season wrapped with Courtney and Ben, the long distance relationship couple rarely saw each other and when Ben was caught kissing another women she knew it was over.  Courtney was “shocked and hurt” and said “I put up with more than I should”.  Now according to Us Weekly she is bouncing back with Bachelorette alum Arie Luyendyk Jr.  “He’s a cool guy” and “I’m trying to figure out the next step.” says Robertson.  We are excited to see if she will give Arie the final rose!

Reality star Emily Maynard has moved on from former Bachelorette fiance Jef Holm and is reportedly dating Jason White, a 33-year-old NASCAR truck racer, according to celebrity  Us Weekly. The two were spotted getting cozy at Carrie Underwood’s Charlotte, N.C., concert on Nov. 3.

“They were all over each other,” a source told the magazine. “Jason guided her through the crowd and held her hand as they walked downstairs.” (They later ventured off alone to the club Suite, a source tells Us).

“Emily tried something new, dating Jef,” says a pal. “She is going to go back to what she knows and considers safe.”

Here comes the bride, Season 7 Bachelorette Ashley Herbert and her fiance J.P. Rosenbaum are set to get married in December with the cameras rolling!  ABC will be documenting the reality star couple’s “I Dos” for the world to see.

The special will air on ABC in December.  The location of the wedding is still under wraps, but we are sure the guest list will include some of their reality co-stars.  J.P. and Ashley currently reside in New Jersey and got engaged in Fiji in 2010.  Herbert told Us Weekly in March that she is a fan of Hawaii; “I love it there, very romantic!”

“The Bachelorette” reality star Emily Maynard recently denied claims that she was caught cheating on fiance Jef Holm — but according to TMZ, someone in Jef’s family is backing up the story!

The reality star couple are very much together now (just check out the photo above of the happy couple on Tuesday above), Us Weekly says they had a huge fight while vacationing with Jef’s family earlier this month.

The report said Jef also found “explicit text messages” sent to and from another man on Emily’s phone.

“It’s one hundred percent not true,” Maynard said to People of the story, with Jef adding “It’s just bogus a ‘source’ would [say] we were fighting. None of that is true.”

But now Jef’s brother is telling a very different story.  “I can tell you that it’s all 100% true,” Mike Holm tells Us Weekly today. “I was there and I heard the fight and watched the whole thing go down, Emily leaving and everything. I love my brother very much and, like the rest of our family, I just want him to be happy.”

Breaking News: Jef just tweeted about his brother, writing “It’s crazy what people will do, even family members, to see their name in a magazine.”

The premiere of “Bachelor Pad 3” is right around the corner, and filming recently finished up with the cast. The final votes and winner announcement will once again be taped closer to its air date, but Thursday Reality Steve shared some “Bachelor Pad” spoilers that fans won’t want to miss.

From the sounds of things, the format of “Bachelor Pad 3” won’t be all that different from previous seasons. While there are some “super fans” playing this season, Reality Steve said that they don’t have much of an impact on the overall group dynamic. The contestants will once again pair up to play as couples at some point, and the winner of the final challenge will choose who they want to see join them in the finale. This week Steve spilled the details on this season’s final four couples.

Tonight Emily Maynard continued her search for her perfect partner in the romantic city of London.

Bachelorette contestant and luxury brand dealer Kalon continued to go downhill on the good-guy meter when he called Emily’s daughter, Ricki, “baggage” during tonight’s episode and he didn’t care to apologize for it. So, also being a parent, Doug decided to tell Emily.

After hearing that, Maynard said, “I wanna go West Virginia hood rat backwoods on his ass.”

Once confronted, Kalon didn’t have much to say, and Emily wasn’t going to hear it, anyway, so all she really had to tell him was,”Get the f–k out.”
