Earlier today, we learned that rumors were circulating about three key cast members being cut from A&E’s hit reality show, Storage Wars. If these rumors are really true, duo auctioneer couple Dan and Laura Dotson were completely have been cut out of the newest season of Storage Wars. And there not the only ones, funny guy Darrell “the Gambler” Sheets has also gotten cut; he’s being taken out of six episodes that were not covered under his contract.
According to entertainment news source Radar Online, it’s because of the lawsuit filed by former cast member, Dave Hester. In the lawsuit, Hester alleges that certain parts of the show are rigged and fake. And in the wake of the lawsuit, A&E is cutting back and has chosen to replace the Dotson’s and Sheets with less expensive talent.
On the contrary, according to TV Guide, A&E has denied the claims that they have dropped the Dotson’s and Sheets. “Not every cast member appears in every episode of the series, but there is no truth to the report that any other members have been dropped,” a network rep said.
Dave Hester’s lawsuit is still pending. Guess we will just have to wait and see who makes the cut on next season’s premiere of Storage Wars!

On Nov. 5th the Bravo networks newest reality show “Start-Ups: Silicon Valley,” a series that follows the lives of six entrepreneurs will premiere. Bravo is no dummy when producing hit reality shows like The Real Housewives series, so they found someone with major technology connections to help with the show. Randi Zuckerberg, the sister to Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, joined Prager and others as executive producer of the series.
The Bravo network just released a trailer/ad for the new reality show that showed a cast of six entrepreneurs, both girls and guys who are trying to make it in the start-up capital of the world, Silicon Valley. Some scenes show typical start-up images: people hard at work on their laptops, meeting in conference rooms and making deals happen. But other scenes show the cast members in typical reality show settings like partying, dancing at clubs, sitting in a Jacuzzi discussing how there “are people that work in tech that aren’t nerdy tech people.” It will be interesting to see if this series will continue to get extended venture capital funding from the Bravo network or shut down like every other tech company.
Start-Ups: Silicon Valley will premiere Monday Nov. 5th at 10/9c on Bravo.

Kristin Cavallari just did a candid Q&A with her fans on Bing where she unveiled a big secret about her time on the MTV reality show “The Hills“ and her on screen romance with fellow co-star Brody Jenner. Kristin also discusses her plans for the future for more kids with NFL fiance Jay Cutler and answers the big question will she star in another reality show?
The most revealing piece of information from Kristin came when a fan asked if her “friends with benefits” relationship with Brody on “The Hills” was just a storyline for the show. “Yess! sorry to say” she responded to the fan.
This comes after her friend and fellow “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills” co-starLauren Conrad said MTV took some liberties with the editing of the show, especially when it came to her own on screen relationship with Brody.
“Brody and I did date,” Lauren said. “It was pretty brief. There was definitely editing to drag it out.” LC also admitted they would have to reenact fights that happened off-camera if producers thought it was “important to the story line.”
When asked if she’d ever write a tell-all about her time on both “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills,” Cavallari revealed she’s legally not allowed to. “I cant because of my contract! i tried,” she replied.
And now for the big question, what about her future in Reality TV? Could we possibly see a “Keeping up with the Cutlers” anytime in the future? “Noooo!!” Kristin said when asked if she’d do a show with her fiance Jay Cutler and son Camden or if she’d ever consider televising her upcoming wedding. As for her off-screen plans, Kristin told fans she and Jay want four kids, but probably will wait until Cam turns 1 to try for more. Well we really were looking forward to seeing Kristin star in another reality show, maybe someday, you just never know!
